Previously, he was partner and co-founder of a hedge fund, a private debt firm, and a private equity firm which collectively grew to ~US$ 8B. In 2006 his firm became a signatory of the UN PRI and launched one of the first funds of hedge funds adhering to its principles.
Jeff has 35 years of experience launching, leading and advising B2B software, information and data businesses in multiple verticals include agtech, energy, and waste recycling. He recently served as CEO of Corvium, Inc., a food safety data analytics firm acquired by Neogen in 2023. He has deep experience raising startup and growth capital, navigating the challenges of early-stage markets, and driving successful exits.
Mark’s career spans more than 30 years of experience in financial management, business leadership, investor relations and corporate strategy. Most recently he was CFO of Pathlock, Inc. a private equity-backed enterprise software provider that automates SOX compliance. Prior to Pathlock, Mark served as SVP and CFO for Ulticom, a NASDAQ listed telecom network software company, and held senior-level positions in various publicly and privately-held technology companies in the US and Europe.
